The Linus Secure Software

The Linus Secure Information Security Management (ISM) Software has been designed to enable management to:

• Identify critical data within your Organisation, where it resides and how it is used
• Identify the optimal Information Security Controls for that data.

The software was initially designed by Linus consultants as a utility to reduce time and cost associated with implementing ISM projects and has been used by Linus since 2004.

The Linus Secure Software, in tandem with the Linus Secure Methodology, ensures that your organisation can be confident that it has full control over its data and that it is fully protected at minimal cost.

The Linus Secure Software complies with the following Standards:

• All Standards in the ISO 27000 series particularly
  ISO27002 – Information Security Management System (ISMS) Requirements Standard and
  ISO27005 – Information Security Risk Management Standard
• AS4360 – Australian Risk Management Standard
• US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in particular
  Recommended Security Controls for Federal Information Systems, NIST Special Publication 800-53, Revision 2.
